Payment Policy
- 10% Deposit: A 10% deposit is required at the time of tour confirmation.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 90% is payable upon arrival in Sri Lanka.
Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Payment can be made through our secure Internet Payment Gateway.
- Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer is accepted.
- Cash: Cash payment upon arrival is accepted.
Payment Charges: Any bank or payment processing charges are to be borne by the client. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.4% processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before arrival: Free cancellation.
- 30–21 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour amount will apply.
- Less than 21 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour amount will apply.
Important Note
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The cancellation date will be considered the date on which the written cancellation request is received by One & Only Travels.
